10 Minute Beginner Yoga Flow
Duration: 10 Minutes
Yoga Flow
Child’s pose
Hold for 1 minute.
Cat-cow position
Flow for 1 minute.
Downward dog
Move your ankles from side to side and your knees.
Hold for 1 minute.
Ragdoll Position
Move side to side for 1 minute
Transition to standing up and bring palms to your heart. Inhale and exhale.
Plank and lay on your stomach. Lift your arms and torso and hold for a few seconds. Come up to the downward dog.
Lift your right leg, opening up your hip and move your ankle. Big step forward with your right leg and transition to warrior 1.
Stand in a star position and squat to goddess pose. Bring yourself up, interlace your fingers in the back and forward fold.
Go back so star and transition to warrior one, then to downward dog. Lift your left leg, opening up your hip and move your ankle. Big step forward with your left leg and transition to warrior 1.
Child’s pose
Hold for a few seconds.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 banana
Piece of ginger
Pinch of cinnamon
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop of chocolate organifi protein powder
