2 Ingredient Dessert Recipes
I often get a sweet tooth and my favorite desserts to eat are healthy and minimally processed. With this 2-ingredient dessert recipes you will see that eating healthy can be very simple and delicious.
Serves 1
Coconut Whipped Cream
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of coconut cream
1 tbsp maple syrup
Method:
- Add the cream and the syrup into a processor or blender and mix very well.
- Serve.
- You can also eat it with fruit or a dash of cinnamon.
Baked Apple
Ingredients:
1 apple
Dash of cinnamon
Method:
- Cut the apple in wedges and add the cinnamon.
- Put in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350*
- You can also add honey or maple syrup.
Filled Dates
Ingredients:
Medjool dates
Almond butter
Method:
- Open the dates, remove the pit and stuff them with the almond butter.
- You can eat them right away or place them in the fridge for a while.
- Spice them up with shredded coconut or walnuts.
Homemade Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
2 tbsp peanut butter
Method:
- Put the ingredients in the food processor or blender and mix very well.
- Place it in the freezer around 20 – 30 minutes to get a better consistency.
Date Oat Balls
Ingredients:
10 Dates
1/2 cup oats
Method:
- In the processor add the dates and turn them into tiny pieces then add the oats and process them together.
- Roll them up into balls.
- You can eat them right away or place them in the fridge for a while.
