5 Detox Iced Teas

These iced teas are a great way to help your body detox, deflate the belly and promote a healthy balance. They are all made with natural ingredients and fresh fruits that have the best detoxifying properties.

Serves 1

1. Mint with lemon

Perfect for calming anxiety

Ingredients:
2 mint tea bags
1 teaspoon of honey
Lemon slices
Fresh mint
Ice
Water

Method:

  1. Brew two bags of mint tea and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the honey and stir very well.
  3. In a mason jar with ice add the lemon juice, mint tea, lemon slices and fresh mint.

2. Ginger with Strawberry

Packed with antioxidants and vitamin C

Ingredients:
1/4 cup minced fresh ginger
Juice of 1 lemon
5 strawberries, sliced
Stevia (to sweeten)
Water
Ice

Method:

  1. Dip the fresh ginger in hot water and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In a mason jar with ice add the lemon juice, the ginger water, the strawberry and sweeten with stevia.

3. Turmeric with Ginger

Powerful anti-inflammatory

Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh turmeric, chopped
1/4 cup minced fresh ginger
Juice of 1 lemon
Stevia (for sweetening)
Cayenne powder (optional)
Water
Ice

Method:

  1. Dip the fresh ginger and turmeric in hot water, let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In a mason jar with ice add the lemon juice, the water with ginger and turmeric and sprinkle with cayenne powder.

4. Green Tea with Lemon

Perfect for radiant skin

Ingredients:
2 green tea bags
Blueberry
Juice of 1 lemon
Ice
Water

Method:

  1. Brew two green tea bags in hot water and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  2. In a mason jar with ice add the lemon juice, green tea and blueberries.

5. Green Tea with Mint

Eliminates excess fluids

Ingredients:
1 bag of green tea
1 bag of mint tea
1 teaspoon of honey
1/4 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
Fresh mint
Water
Ice

Method:

  1. Brew the two tea bags in hot water and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the honey and stir very well.
  3. In a glass glass with ice add the tea, pineapple and mint leaves.
