5 Detox Teas for Weight loss

These detox teas are made with the most potent ingredients that will help debloat your belly, eliminate gases, improve your digestion, and lose weight!

Serves 1

Green tea

It’s packed with antioxidants that are great for your health and it will boost your metabolism in order for you to have better digestion.

Ingredients:
1 green tea bag
1 cinnamon stick
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp honey

All of these recipes can be made two ways:

  1. Steep them on the stove.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a cup with boiling water, cover it with a plate and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Mint Tea

Mint is a great refreshing herb that’s great to drink after a big meal to aid with digestion. It also helps to relieve stress and anxiety.

Ingredients:
1 mint tea bag
2 inches fresh ginger
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp honey
Bunch of fresh mint leaves

If you prefer cold drinks, here are my favorite iced tea recipes that are great for detoxification and belly bloating.

Dandelion Root Tea

Dandelion is great for cleansing the liver, it gives a boost to the detoxification process and helps eliminate gases.

Ingredients
1 dandelion root tea bag
1 cinnamon stick
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp honey

Morning ACV Tea

ACV is a fermented food that’s great to add some healthy bacteria to the intestines and colon.

Ingredients:
2 inches fresh ginger
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Pinch of cayenne

Detox Tea

Relieves inflammation, inside and outside of the body. This tea will also help you glow from the inside out.

Ingredients:
2 inches fresh turmeric
2 inches fresh ginger
Pinch of pepper
1 tbsp honey

*If you can’t find the roots fresh, you can use them in their powder forms.

Drinking tea on a regular basis can help with your weight loss goals, boost your immune system and improve your digestion. They are soothing and great for easing anxiety and stress!
