5 Healthy & Delicious Breakfast Smoothies

A healthy and delicious boost of energy to start your day! These recipes are packed with nutritious whole foods and are an easy way to get plenty of fruits and veggies in the mornings.

Serves 1

1. Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 banana
1 scoop chocolate organifi protein
2 dates
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup almond milk
2 cups spinach

Method: (all the recipes have the same method)

  1. Blend all the ingredients together. If necessary, add more milk or water to make the mixture blend smoothly!

2. Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 cups pineapple
1 cup mango
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup coconut water

3. Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 cups spinach
1 banana
1 cup pineapple
1 cup of almond milk

4. Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup berries
1/2 avocado
1 cup spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein organifi
1 cup almond milk

5. Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup of almond milk

6. Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup cold brew coffee or regular
1 banana
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2-3 dates
1 cup coconut milk

I love having a smoothie in the mornings, they are perfect for getting the essential vitamins and minerals our bodies need. They are also great for hydration and helping with our weight loss goals.

Smoothies are unbelievably easy to make and prep ahead, just cut up your favorite ingredients, put them in separate containers or reusable bags and place them in the freezer. YES, it’s that simple!
