Egg Tacos
Breakfast Tacos! A different take to classic tacos, these delicious scrambled egg tacos make for a very quick and healthy breakfast, dinner or a snack.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
3 eggs
Ghee
3 cups of spinach
Salt & pepper
Tortilla
Avocado
Chile Serrano
Method:
1.In a skillet, heat ghee over medium heat; Stir eggs and spinach continue cooking stirring gently until eggs are set.
2. Add salt & pepper mix well.
3. Assemble the tacos and add chile serrano to taste.
4. Enjoy!
