Chicken Broth Soup
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast (cooked)
1 cup, white rice (cooked)
1/4 cup, carrot (shredded)
1 tsp, soy sauce
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 1/2 cup, chicken broth
Vegetable Broth Soup
Ingredients:
3/4 cup, macaroni pasta (cooked)
1/4 cup, black beans (cooked)
1 garlic clove (minced)
2 tbsp, parsley (chopped)
Chili powder, to taste
1 1/2 cup, vegetable broth
Beef Broth Soup
Ingredients:
1 zucchini (in noodles)
1/4 cup, carrot (shredded)
1 boiled egg
2 tbsp, parsley (chopped)
1 1/2 cup, beef broth
Fun fact: Broth is full of collagen and that’s good for our skin, bones and hair.
Method for all recipes:
- Place ingredients in a Mason jar.
- Heat it up when you want to eat it.
