Two-Ingredient Face Masks
These two masks are designed specifically to heal and repair damaged skin to leave it clear and glowing. I’ve been using these masks lately and have seen a huge change in my skin. It looks and feels better than ever! I’ve even had compliments from my friends and questions on what I’ve been doing different lately. Nature truly provides us everything that we need to have beauty from the inside out.
1. Clear, Radiant Skin Mask
Bananas contain moisture, potassium, and vitamins E & C, all of which promote clear, glowing skin! Avocados are a great source of antioxidant carotenoids, which protect your skin from environmental damage that leads to fine lines, wrinkles, and visible signs of aging. .
Ingredients
1 banana
½ avocado
Method:
- Mash the two ingredients together with a fork.
- Place the mask on your skin and leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse off gently.
2. Cacao Healing Mask
Cacao is one of the foods highest in antioxidants, which block harmful free radicals, heal wounds, and promote hydration. All of these are vital for young-looking skin!
Ingredients
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
2-3 tbsp water
Method:
- Mix the two ingredients together, adjusting the proportions if necessary. You want a thick paste that’s just thin enough to spread.
- Spread the paste on your skin and leave it there for 20 minutes.
- Rinse off gently.
