Anti Bloating Elixir
Are you ready for this? This is my go to morning elixir! Enjoy a large glass of this warm drink to combat bloating and jump start your digestive system. This drink is so easy to make, affordable, and you’ll love the benefits!
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 liter warm water
1 lemon (or lime)
1/4 tsp fresh ginger
1-2 dashes of cayenne
3 dashes of turmeric
1 tsp agave
Method
- Fill a large glass, bottle, or mason jar with warm water (not hot!)
- Grate fresh ginger
- Juice a lemon or a lime
- Add the fresh ginger to the water followed by all the other ingredients and shake or mix thoroughly. (Watch the video below for detailed instructions)

Can you drink it cold also? For example, if I make a big batch, can I store it in the refrigerator while I am at work?
It works better if it’s warm, but you can drink it cold too!
