Green Smoothie for Weight Loss

You’ve been saying that you want recipes for weight loss, and I’ve heard you! Today, I’m going to share the recipe for a delicious green smoothie (my favorite!) that will help you lose weight. Best of all, it’s super simple, with just three ingredients. I also want to share some easy but super-effective tips for losing weight!

Serves 1

Ingredients:
1” piece of aloe vera
1 large cucumber
2 cups pineapple chunks

Method:

  1. Peel the chunk of aloe vera, and discard the peel.
  2. Cut the cucumber into blender-friendly chunks.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a blender along with enough water to process them. Blend until smooth, and drink up!

Aloe vera helps with digestion, cucumber is anti-inflammatory, and pineapple has healing properties and helps to repair your whole digestive system. The combination is perfect for weight loss!
