Morning Habits to Lose Weight

Are you ready to lose weight?! Do three things every morning to see losses every single week! You guys often comment that you don’t have enough willpower, but if I can do it, you can too! If you want tips, check out my video.

And now, the three simple things you need to do every morning!

#1: Get Hydrated

Every single morning, before breakfast, drink 32 ounces of water with the juice of half a lemon (or a whole lemon if you want more flavor). This will give you energy, help your digestion, and reduce excess water and bloating in your system.

#2: EXERCISE!

We were designed to move, so think about how awesome you’ll feel once you reach your goals, and get moving! Go for a walk or jog, do one of my fantastic workout routines, or put on your favorite high-energy music and just dance! See?! Exercise can be fun!

#3: Eat Fruits and Veggies

I want to show you a delicious, simple smoothie that will jumpstart your day. All you need are:

2 bananas – these are full of potassium and refuel your body after you exercise
1 cucumber – this is very high in water content and rehydrates you
2 cups of spinach – these are full of iron, protein, and calcium

Blend these three ingredients with one cup of water, and drink up. Yum!
