Carrot and Zucchini Fries

These home baked carrot and zucchini fries are some of my favorites to make when I’m craving a crunch and I want to keep it nutritious too! Baking these at home is the healthier option and the perfect combination with an avocado garlic dip. YUM!

Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
6 large carrots
6 zucchini
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
pinch of oregano

Dip Ingredients:
garlic powder
1 tablespoon almond milk
juice of 1 lemon
1 avocado
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Method:
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Cut the carrots and zucchini into even-sized sticks.
Mix the veggies with the avocado oil, ground flaxseed, pepper, salt and oregano.
Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Then turn each fry and bake again for another 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve with Garlic Avocado Dip.

Crispy,  AMAZING flavor and very satisfying. Enjoy!
