2 teaspoons avocado oil
1/4 cup of popcorn
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
1 lime
Method:
Heat the oil in a pot with a lid. Add the popcorn and salt. Swirl to mix, cover, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on medium-low heat.
Add the cayenne, turmeric powder, and nutritional yeast. Toss to coat evenly.
Garnish with lime and enjoy with lime juice squeezed on top!

Popcorn is rich in fiber and protein. It’s also super filling and low in calories, so it’s great for a snack if you’re hungry but watching your weight. Just keep an eye on the toppings!

1/2 jicama
2 carrots
1 mango
1 lime
cayenne to taste (optional)

3. Apple Peanut Butter Sandwiches
Ingredients:
1 apple
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon raw oats
1 tablespoon goji berries
Method:
Slice the apple into six round slices, removing the seeds if you want.
Spread four of the apple slices with peanut butter. Sprinkle with oats and goji berries.
Stack two of the topped apple slices, and place a plain one on top. Repeat to form two stacks of three apple slices.

In this one simple snack, you’re getting fruits, whole grains, healthy fats, AND protein!
4. Choco-Banana Strawberry Sandwiches
Ingredients:
1/2 cup strawberries
1 banana
1 tablespoon cacao powder
2 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon shredded coconut
Method:
Thinly slice the strawberries into rounds. Cut the banana into matching strips.
Mix together the cacao powder and maple syrup to form a delicious chocolate dip or spread!
On a plate, lay down a strawberry slice. Top it with a banana slice. Add a small dollop of chocolate dip. On top of that, put another banana slice. Finish the stack with another strawberry slice. Repeat until you’ve turned all of your fruit slices into sandwiches! This should make about eight stacks.
Sprinkle the fruit stacks with coconut, and enjoy!
Benefits:
Cacao is rich in antioxidants and magnesium, and helps curb your appetite. These beautiful little sandwiches can also satisfy cravings for sweet treats!
5. Avocado Tostadas
