Healthy Fresas con Crema
This is a delicious famous Mexican dessert, but we’re giving it a healthy twist. It’s creamy, sweet, and absolutely delightful. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while keeping it nutritious!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pound strawberries
- 1/4 cup raw milk
- Simple Mills Honey Cinnamon Sweet Thins
Method:
- In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, raw honey, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until you get a smooth, creamy mixture.
- Wash and cut the strawberries in half.
- In a bowl, mix the creamy blend with the strawberries until they’re well coated.
- Crush and sprinkle on top the sweet thins.

I used my favorite blender to get that perfectly smooth, creamy texture, and served the Fresas con Crema in these beautiful transparent glasses, which really showcase the vibrant colors of the dessert.
