Home made Kale Chips
Take 7 basic ingredients and turn them into a great healthy snack for on the go. Crispy, crunchy and filled with flavor!! You can make a big batch of these and store in an airtight container. They will keep fresh for about 5 days.

Serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch curly kale
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons cumin
4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
pinch salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 300F.
Chop the kale leaves to make some chip sized chunks.
In a bowl add the kale with the tomato paste, tahini, nutritional yeast, cumin and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Massage the kale with the mixture so that they are completely covered.
Lay the kale on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the remaining nutritional yeast.
Cook for 10 minutes, gently toss and cook for another 10 minutes. Check them every 10 minutes until crispy.
Easy to make, so DELICIOUS and super healthy. Enjoy!
