Quinoa Fruit Salad

If you know me, you know I’m a fruit fanatic, especially now that summer is approaching. This quinoa fruit salad is not only protein-packed but also so incredibly refreshing and nutritious. The fresh fruit and quinoa are bathed with a maple syrup and lime dressing, I can promise everyone will love it. Ready? Let’s Do This!

Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup of strawberries
1 diced mango
Cilantro
3 tablespoons maple syrup
Juice of 1 lime

Method:
1. Rinse and prepare the quinoa according to package. Let it cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, strawberries, mango and mix.
4. Top it off with avocado and cilantro.
3. Pour the syrup and lime juice on top for the dressing.
