Tallow Protein Bars

Method

1. Melt the Tallow and Honey: In a small saucepan over low heat, gently melt the beef tallow and raw honey together. Stir occasionally until fully combined and smooth. Remove from heat.

2. Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, collagen, and a pinch of sea salt. Pour in the melted tallow and honey mixture, add the raw milk, and stir until fully incorporated. The mixture should be thick but smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.

3. Set in Mold: Line a small dish or container with wax paper or parchment paper. Press the mixture evenly into the mold, smoothing out the top with a spatula or spoon.

4. Chill: Place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, or until firm.

5. Cut and Enjoy: Once set, remove from the mold and slice into bars or squares. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
