7 Overnight Chia Oat Parfaits

These easy and healthy chia oat parfaits are filling and a delicious way to start your day! They’re meal-prep friendly recipes and great to have them on the go.

Serves 1

1. Strawberry

Ingredients:
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch sea salt

Toppings: coconut yogurt and strawberries

Method:

  1. In a mason jar add the strawberries and mash them up.
  2. Add all the ingredients and mix very well.

2. Chocolate

Ingredients:
1/4 cup oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp almond butter
Pinch sea salt
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 banana

Toppings: coconut yogurt, unsweetened chocolate chips, apple and peanut butter drizzle

Method:

  1. In a mason jar add all the ingredients and mix very well.

3. Pineapple

Ingredients:
1/4 cup oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup pineapple
1 tsp turmeric
Pinch sea salt
1 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings: coconut yogurt, pineapple

Method:

  1. In a mason jar add all the ingredients and mix very well.

4. Blueberry

Ingredients:
1/4 cup oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 cup blueberries
Pinch sea salt
1 tbsp almond butter

Toppings: coconut yogurt and blueberries

Method:

  1. In a blender add the blueberries and milk and mix until smooth.
  2. In a mason jar, transfer the milk and add all the ingredients, mix very well.

5. Matcha

Ingredients:
1/4 cup oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup shredded coconut
Pinch sea salt
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings: coconut yogurt, banana, shredded coconut and matcha powder

Method:

  1. In a mason jar add all the ingredients and mix very well.

6. Banana

Ingredients:
1/4 cup oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 banana
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp peanut butter
Pinch sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Toppings: greek yogurt, banana, chocolate chips and shredded coconut

Method:

  1. In a mason jar add all the ingredients and mix very well.

7. Apple

Ingredients:
1/4 cup oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup apple, chopped
1 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch sea salt
